The Tudor Hall and Courtyard
The Tudor hall is a beautiful open room which can be dressed for any occasion. The room exudes historic charm and is the perfect accessory for your event. The Hall’s generous proportions and warm materials make it easy to style for anything from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations and meetings.
The Tudor Hall has a maximum capacity of 150 to 200 standing and 100 seated.

The Tudor Hall blends centuries of history with a beautifully restored setting for your celebration. Built in the early 1500s, the Hall features soaring ceilings, exposed beams and tall windows that fill the space with natural light.
Its combination of original architecture and thoughtful restoration creates a backdrop that feels both grand and welcoming, perfect for ceremonies, wedding breakfasts and evening receptions.
Located beside the Hall, the Magnus Room provides a versatile additional space at no extra cost. Ideal for a gift table, guest book or a quiet breakout area, it also includes access to a fully stocked cash and card bar with staff.

The Tudor Courtyard is a beautiful and light outdoor space, with a large patio, herb garden and lawn.
There is no additional charge for the use of this space when hiring the Tudor Hall.
This space is:
- perfect for parties (we have hosted falconry, hog roasts and bouncy castles)
- great as a breakout space for meetings
- able to accommodate catering vans with, outdoor electrical sockets available
- available as part of Tudor Hall or community space hire
