You can use this form to enquire about:

• booking a school visit
• hiring a discovery box
• any school related matters

How to book a school visit

1. Identify 3 to 4 possible dates for your visit.
2. Choose your sessions – go to learning to choose
3. Include:
   • your preferred visit dates
   • the number and year group of your participants
   • any additional needs in your group
   • the sessions you would like to include in your programme
   • your preferred arrival and departure time
4. Allow 7 working days for a response. 
5. We will send a confirmation letter to you once your booking is finalised.
6. You can cancel or amend your visit without penalty up to 14 calendar days before the booked date. We will invoice you after your visit for the number of children booked in our calendar on this date.
7. You and a colleague are most welcome to visit the museum free of charge to familiarise yourself with our site in normal opening hours, without prior booking. Please show a copy of your confirmation letter when you arrive.
